It grants access to your business Dashboard, where you can upload and update your business Profile Page and edit your business details at any time. The Analytics Dashboard provides free tools for analyzing data related to your business. The goal is to create visibility that drives targeted traffic to your company and simplifies tracking your company's performance.

Fees; Payment. invoices for applicable fees will be issued in advance of using the services, starting from the day your Subscription is established. The Company reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees by providing you with a thirty (30) days prior written notice. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. We shall refund your fees prorated to the actual time and of the services used

Support. Paid Subscription accounts include priority email support. This means you can request technical assistance by email regarding the use of the specific Tool/Software. The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond within one business day. Account support will be provided according to the Company's standard practices, procedures, and policies.

Refund Policy.

Cancelling Your Account. Limitation of Liability.

In no event will the Company, its suppliers, or licensors be liable under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procuring substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) any amounts exceeding the fees paid by you to the Company under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. The Company shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing limitations shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Miscellaneous.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and you regarding the subject matter hereof and may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of the Company or by the posting of a revised version by the Company.
